For my first unit at university, i was given the task to design two zines, one Post modernist and the second Modernist. I was encouraged to experiment with the leading, tracking and kerning in each zine. I really enjoyed this unit and managed to develop my skills in typography and indesign, learning how to systematically explore both post modernist and modernist eras all whilst having the creative freedom to design a zine about women's hip hop, basketball and sneakers.
